1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.

1.1 We (JC Global Foods Limited / now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.

1.2 The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:

      1.2.1 If you have ordered Goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.

      1.2.2 If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address, you can drop us a mail at You must also send the Goods back to us within that same 14 day period. However this policy does not applicable for perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, fresh sweets, dairy products & frozen products. If you find any of the perishable goods are damaged or received under quality, please send us an email to  with the photo of damaged product. We will examine your complaint, photo of damaged product and refund you the price of the product, if we found the product is damaged. All perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, fresh sweets, dairy products & frozen products should be opened immediately after delivery and should be kept in appropriate storage. We will not be liable for any damage caused by inappropriate handling by customers.

      1.2.3 In the case of perishable goods you do not have the right to cancel the contract. Should you wish to cancel your order after we dispatched your goods but prior to the time of delivery, we shall be entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of the perishable goods contained in your order.

      1.2.4 We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

    we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.

    In the event that any seals or tags are removed or tampered with, we shall not permit that item to be returned nor shall we refund the cost of this item to you.

    you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.

1.3 The option to cancel your order is not available:

     1.3.1 if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;

    1.3.2 If the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.

1.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods. (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective)

1.5 In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days.

1.6 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods, if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

1.7 Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, packing costs.

1.8 We will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

1.9 Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, which included fresh fruit and/or vegetables or other perishable items, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Other products which may be damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables or perishable items will be omitted from the refund.

1.10 If any defect is found, then we shall:

       1.10.1 repair or replace the Goods, or

       1.10.2 refund the full cost you have paid including the cost of returning the Goods.

1.11 In the rare event that unforeseen operational or technical issues occur, we may need to cancel or rearrange delivery. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

2. Account Cancellation

2.1 Either we(JC Global Foods Limited) or you may terminate your Account. If we terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

2.2 If we terminate your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.

2.3 Customers can cancel their account at any time .If you want to cancel your account please send us an email to . This request should be send from the email address you have used to register in our website. We will cancel your account and confirm you as early as we can. Please remember that if we disable your account, you will not be able log in to our website anymore. If you want to enable your account again, you may have to reregister.
